PARS conducts Mystery Shopping face-to-face and in accordance to ISO 20252:2006. PARS first randomly selects target retail offices and then sends two of its professional fieldwork agent to each of the pre-selected locations. Acting as casual shoppers, the field agents test the knowledge and salesmanship skills of the distributors based upon a pre-developed survey instrument. The interactions between the dealers and PARS field agents are recorded using hidden cameras. The video recordings are then utilized for coding and analysis purposes.
