PARS has the capacity to independently track election results as it happens and can update candidates,  political parties, the media, and the constituencies in real time.  Exit polling has also in the past helped election officials recognize irregularities and corroborate findings.  Exit polling also helps officials and scholars better understand voters’ behavior and the implicative meaning of the election results.
